All Registration is On Site!

Please register at least 45 minutes prior to your first match*.  Failure to do so can result in forfeiture.

* Exceptions include 5PM starts on Friday, or 8AM on Saturday.  In these exceptional cases, teams can register up to 30 minutes prior to their first match.  Teams for these times should NOT expect our personnel to be ready prior to 30-45 minutes before kickoff.  In most cases this is because the facility is not available to us early enough to be ready.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.


Teams MUST register at the site of their own first game.  Club reps cannot register multiple teams at a single time unless these teams play at the same site.

Registration Checklist:

US Youth Soccer Teams

+ 2 Copies of the Certified US Youth Soccer Roster (can be a copy, but all roster information must be displayed and cannot be obscured, we will not share personal information with third parties)

+ Laminated Player Passes for each player on the roster

+ Medical Release forms, completed and signed (non-event specific forms must be used, club forms can be used or our generic form linked to our website.  Medical release forms do not need to be notarized)

+ Permission to Travel (CJSA and NJYSA teams are the only teams required to have permission to travel paperwork)

+ Player Loan forms for Guest players must only be included if your state association requires them.  Guest players must be represented on the certified tournament roster,  and each guest player must have a laminated player card.

Non US Youth Soccer teams from the United States (US Club, AYSO, Super Y, etc.)

+ Certified rosters, laminated player passes, and medical release forms as with the above

+ Proof of Insurance and the Travel Documentation required by the specific organization

International teams

+ Passports for all players

+ Passes, rosters, and medical releases as stated above.  In the event player passes do not have pictures, a picture for each player should be provided.

+ Approval from provincial or national association to participate

Registration officials will check that each team has the required items, and will keep a roster for our records.  Teams officials will be given a proof of registration sheet that must be shown to Field Marshalls prior to each match.  Team officials MUST have the above at the match facility (should not be in the car, should be accessible) at least 30 minutes prior to and during matches.
