From Rt 128 South (from Waltham); follow Rt 128 (I-95 South); take Exit 9 to merge onto Boston/Providence Turnpike/US-1South toward Wrentham/Foxboro; continue to follow US-1 South; turn right onto Pine Street (Lafayette House Restaurant will be on your right); turn right at the end of Pine Street onto Rte 115. From Route 128: Take exit 16B; Rte. 109W towards Westwood; travel approximately 7.4 miles; take left at lights onto Rte. 27S in Medfield; travel approximately 1.1 miles; take right at lights onto South Street; travel approximately 3.0 miles; take right onto Boardman St (note that South Street becomes Seekonk Street in Norfolk); travel approximately 1 mile; take first entrance to Freeman Centennial School on left. The school has a one-way road traveling clockwise around the school. The soccer fields are 50 yards on the left, through a gate and down the path.
From Route 495: Take Exit 19, then Rte. 109E towards Medway; travel for approximately 6.8 miles; take right at lights onto Rte. 115S; travel approximately 3.5 miles; take left onto Boardman Street; travel approximately 0.4 miles to Freeman Centennial School on your right. The school has a one-way road traveling clockwise around the school. The soccer fields are 50 yards on the left, through a gate and down the path.
